L.A.C.K. & Censoround

Librarians Are Corrupting Kids debuted in June 2001 as a newsblog tracking book challenges and other free speech issues. In November 2004, it was renamed Censoround.

Any gaps in the archives are due to period hiatuses I took under the guise of quitting the blog never to update it again. The website finally gave up the ghost in April 2005.

A copule of notes: In January 2005, after I transfered the L.A.C.K. archives to Censoround, I added footnotes to a number of the posts. Also, there are going to be a ton of dead links and a few broken image files, but sometimes you'll get lucky and find a live one.

My current weblog is the library science-oriented Libraryola. I occasionally post about censorship issues there, which you can follow by subscribing to my del.icio.us censoround tag feed.
